Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Botsoto is a software vendor. We design and sell automated trading programs ("Expert Advisors", "bots" or "software"). We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, money manager, or registered investment adviser, and nothing on the Site is personalized investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.

2. We never hold your funds

We do not accept, hold, pool, custody, or manage client capital. Any software you buy runs on your own brokerage or trading account, under your own control. You are solely responsible for your account, your broker relationship, and every trade the software places on your behalf.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring that buying and using automated trading software is lawful where you live and permitted by your broker.

4. What you are buying

Each purchase is a one-time payment for a 12-month licence to a specific bundle of our software. On payment you receive an activation serial, issued as a downloadable certificate, together with setup instructions.

The access period is 12 months from the date of purchase. We do not sell lifetime, perpetual, or indefinite-access products. There is no recurring charge and no automatic renewal. Your rights to the software are set out in our Software License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated into these Terms.

5. Payments

Botsoto is the seller and licensor of all software sold on this site. Payments are processed by Whop, which acts solely as our payment processor and is not the seller, supplier or licensor of the products.We do not collect or store your card details. Your purchase is also subject to the payment processor's terms. All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. Delivery & refunds

Your activation serial is released immediately after your payment is confirmed, on the confirmation page and in a downloadable certificate. Because a serial cannot be un-issued once released, our Refund Policy applies and sales are generally final at that point.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or share the software or your activation serial;
• reverse-engineer or circumvent our activation and licensing system, or remove proprietary notices;
• use the software for unlawful purposes or in violation of your broker's rules;
• misrepresent the software's performance to others.

8. Intellectual property

All software, trademarks, and Site content are owned by Botsoto or its licensors and are protected by law. Buying a license grants you the usage rights in the EULA and nothing more.

9. Third-party platforms

Our software runs inside third-party platforms and executes through third-party brokers (for example MetaTrader 5 and whichever broker you hold your account with). We do not control those services, are not responsible for their availability, fees, spreads, or execution, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

10. No warranties

The software and Site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or any warranty that the software will be profitable, error-free, or uninterrupted. 11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Botsoto will not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Botsoto harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the software, your trading activity, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Who you are contracting with

Botsoto is a trading name for an independently operated software business, not a registered company. Our identity has been verified by our payment processor. Full legal and contact details are available on request by emailing [email protected].

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country of residence.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
