Refund Policy

Digital licences are generally non-refundable

Each purchase releases an activation serial immediately after payment is confirmed. Because that serial is shown to you on screen and issued as a downloadable certificate, it cannot be withdrawn or un-issued. For that reason all sales are final once the activation serial has been released, and we are generally unable to offer refunds after that point.

Where required by applicable consumer law, by completing your purchase you acknowledge that delivery of the licence begins immediately and you consent to waiving any statutory cancellation ("cooling-off") right that would otherwise apply to digital content.

When we will still make it right

At our discretion, and in these cases as a matter of course, we will refund or replace:

• you were charged more than once for the same order;
• you were charged but no activation serial was ever released to you;
• the serial you received does not activate and we cannot resolve it;
• the purchase was not authorised by you; or
• a refund is required by applicable law.

If any of these apply, email us — we would far rather fix it than have you raise a dispute with your bank.

What is not a basis for a refund

• Trading losses, or the software not matching the past performance shown on our verified track records. Those figures are historical results of our own accounts and are not a promise of your results — see our Earnings Disclaimer.
• Change of mind after the activation serial has been released.
• Incompatibility caused by a third-party platform, broker, or your own configuration where support could resolve it.
• Expiry of the 12-month licence term at the end of its normal run.

How to request

Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order reference (shown on your confirmation page). Refunds, where granted, are returned via the original payment method through our payment processor.

This policy sits alongside our Terms of Service and does not limit any rights you cannot waive under the law of your country of residence.
