Software License Agreement (EULA)

1. Licence grant and term

Subject to payment and your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a 12-month, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the specific bundle you purchased for your own personal trading.

The licence term is 12 months, beginning on the date of purchase. This is a fixed-term licence. We do not offer, and this EULA does not grant, any lifetime, perpetual, or indefinite right to use the software. The access period is disclosed at checkout before you pay.

2. What you receive

On payment you receive an activation serial for the bundle you purchased, issued as a downloadable certificate, together with setup and installation instructions. The serial authorises you to activate and run the software for the licence term.

3. Permitted use

• Install and run the software on trading accounts that you own or control.
• Use your activation serial on the number of terminals stated in your bundle.
• Receive updates released for your bundle during the licence term.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• share, publish, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or lend your activation serial;
• distribute, resell, or redistribute the software or any part of it;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to circumvent the activation or licensing system;
• create derivative products for distribution or resale;
• remove or alter copyright, licensing, or proprietary notices;
• use the software to operate a managed-account or signal-selling service for others.

Your activation serial identifies your licence. Sharing it publicly is a breach of this EULA and will result in the serial being revoked without refund.

5. Ownership

The software is licensed, not sold. Botsoto retains all right, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights.

6. Updates

We may release updates or improvements during your licence term, provided under this same EULA. We are not obligated to maintain compatibility with every future version of any third-party platform or broker.

7. Expiry and renewal

At the end of the 12-month term your licence expires and you must stop using the software. There is no automatic renewal and no recurring charge — we will not bill you again without a new purchase. You may purchase a further term at the price then in effect.

8. No warranty; risk

The software is provided "as is". Automated trading carries a substantial risk of loss, and we make no guarantee of profit or performance. Please read our Risk Disclosure and Earnings Disclaimer.

9. Termination

This licence terminates automatically at the end of its term, and immediately if you breach it — for example by sharing your serial or redistributing the software. On termination you must stop using and delete all copies of the software. Sections on ownership, restrictions, and liability survive termination.
