Earnings Disclaimer
Last updated: July 22, 2026
This disclaimer explains exactly what the performance figures on this Site are, where they come from, and what they do not mean.
What the figures are
Every performance figure on this Site is the actual past performance of a live, funded brokerage account operated by Botsoto. The figures are collected by FX Blue, an independent third-party analytics service, directly from the broker via automatic account sync. Each account's page is public and is linked from this Site so that any figure we quote can be checked at source.
The accounts referenced on this Site are:
- Botsoto-Apex — 832 days of history, USD denominated
- Botsoto-Meridian2 — 169 days of history, USC denominated
- Botsoto-Vertex — 120 days of history, USC denominated
Figures quoted on this Site were read from those pages on 19 August 2026. The live pages are authoritative and may show different values at any later date.
What the figures are not
They are not customer results. They are not typical. They are not a projection, forecast, target, or promise of what you or anyone else will achieve. They are a historical record of specific accounts, over a specific period, at our position sizing, with our broker, in the market conditions that existed at the time.
We publish no backtested, simulated, or hypothetical performance figures anywhere on this Site, and you should not treat any number here as a forward-looking statement.
Past performance does not indicate future results
This is not boilerplate. Every account shown has experienced losing trades, losing days, and periods of drawdown, and the published drawdown figures are shown alongside the return figures for exactly that reason. A strategy that performed well historically can lose money — including a substantial portion of the account — in future market conditions.
Your results will differ
Results achieved on our accounts are unlikely to be replicated on yours. Differences arise from, among other things: your broker's spreads, commissions, swap rates and execution quality; slippage and latency; your account size, currency and leverage; the risk settings you choose; when you start and stop the software; and market conditions that will not repeat.
Figures are gross of costs
Returns shown are gross figures as reported by FX Blue. They do not deduct the purchase price of the software, and they reflect only the trading costs incurred on our own accounts — not any spread, commission, swap, financing or slippage you will pay on yours. Your net result after all costs will be lower than a gross return figure implies.
No income promise
Botsoto makes no representation that you will earn any income or profit, and no employee or representative of Botsoto is authorised to make one. Trading involves a substantial risk of loss. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely.
Questions about any figure
If any number on this Site is unclear, email [email protected] and we will show you precisely where it comes from on the public record.
Read this alongside our Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree with it, do not purchase or use the software.
